Childrens Birthday Parties at Kington Grange CV35 8PW.

• Length of party 2.5 hours 

• Schedule:

  • Arrive 

  • Simple starter activity to gauge experience and capabilities 

  • Sewing project

  • Lunch/Tea (if required)

  • Birthday cake (provided by parent)

  • Home time

• Our charge for this is £300 for up to 10 children and £25 per additional child up to 15 children (including siblings).

• This charge includes, room hire, tuition, use of sewing machines, starter activity and materials for the children to make a chicken/animal beanbag. 

 

 

Tea/lunch time.

• The children could have just birthday cake and juice if you prefer.

• We can provide party food for £5 per head. This will include sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bars and a carton of fruit juice per child.

• We are also happy for you to provide and serve your own birthday tea, if preferred. 

 

Birthday cake.

• Parent to supply cake and candles as required 

 

Party Bags

• Each child will be taking away their own sewing project and a voucher for a free after school sewing class. The vouchers are non-transferable and have a value of £20 per child. 

• Additional party bag items to be supplied by the parent, if required.

 

Decorating the room.

• Kington Grange are happy to allow early entry for the purpose of birthday decorations, when other bookings allow.  

 

To Book.

• A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the date, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the party date.
